Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst have primary responsibility for tying technology capabilities to the business requirements using their expertise along with Solution Architects and CRM team members.  Sr. Business Analyst need to understand business processes, what data is needed to exercise them and measure their effectiveness.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Review intake project requests to ensure alignment with our domain strategies
  • Ongoing application rationalization and simplification of customer experience 
  • Requirements gathering, user stories and business process map lead
  • Define requests and provide business context
  • Application expert
  • Develop and enhance relationships with key business stakeholders, actively managing their expectations
  • Identify technology impact and dependencies for cross-functional initiatives   
  • Partner with our business partners, champions and delivery teams to support key initiatives
  • Work with the solution architect to define and maintain domain strategies and ensure alignment over time
  • Provide architectural oversight of projects; ensure requirements are in alignment with business strategies and business architecture roadmap/framework.
  • Create business architecture models demonstrating how applications, operations and systems interoperate within the organization.
  • Conduct analysis to determine best path for solving business problems/opportunities that may include process improvement, systems enhancement, user training, and/or software procurement.
  • Ensure solutions developed across organization are aligned to enterprise architecture standards and principles, leverage common solutions and services, and meet financial targets (cost and benefits).


Requirements / Experience:


  • Salesforce admin and Platform App Builder certificatication IS required
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning
  • VisualForce page development (plus)
  • Experience of Salesforce data structures and data modeling.
  • Experience with security model and sharing rules.
  • Experience building AppExchange Apps to pass security review.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Integration Patterns.
  • Multiple Salesforce Project deployments including release and environment
  • Experience configuring and coding Salesforce objects, workflows, reports, dashboards, and page layouts
  • Experience supporting large-scale Salesforce environments (sandbox and production) management.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Should be able to provide solutions to problems
  • Should be able to handle the project end-to-end
  • Organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Able to communicate technical information to non-technical users
