POSITION DESCRIPTION:

 

  • Drive adoption and optimization of the sales process and methodology including the development of supporting tools, materials, and infrastructure:
    • Content Management / Sales Portal
    • Process Guides & Rules of Engagement
    • Sales Playbooks
    • Process enforcement support – training, management review, etc.
  • Identify and prioritize the needs of the global sales team as it relates to material and content available to support the sales cycle
  • Assist with support and use case documentation for sales 3rd party tools
  • Develop and manage the Sales Process Guide to document all sales methodology and process documentation in a sales-ready format
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal sales inquiries regarding applications, resources & tools in use by the sales team.
  • Serve as the liaison between Marketing, Customer Success, Services, and Sales for all collateral to be made available to the global sales organization to maximize opportunities for improved sales velocity and productivity.
  • Planning, production, and rollout of sales tools and supporting materials (e.g. sales pitch decks, leave-behind materials, flyers, templates, etc.)
  • Establish and Manage the approval process for deliverables and timelines of sales materials and communications
  • Contribute to the communication and coordination of sales team activities and initiatives
  • Oversee Sales Op’s request support process, responses, and answer management
  • Participate in the go-to-market process and sales planning cycles to oversee sales operation actions
  • Assist with support and use case documentation for sales 3rd party tools
  • Assist with planning, user testing and validation with Salesforce upgrades and modifications
  • Report on key performance metrics that help the sales organization focus on performance drivers
  • Other sales operations and support activities as required

 

 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree qualified or equivalent sales or operations qualification
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Sales, Operations, or Marketing with Sales Operations experience preferred
  • Stakeholder management skills, with exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Strong process management, analytical, and organization skills
  • End to end project management experience with a track record of delivering results and working towards targets
  • Proven history of workplace adaptability and desire to learn
  • Process Documentation experience including the ability to write clearly, concisely and precisely to convey information in an easily understood manner and to select proper visuals to enhance the written word.
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
  • Prior Experience using Salesforce.com SalesCloud application for account management and reporting requirements (Salesforce Lightning experience preferred.)
