As a Global Sales Enablement intern at Ellucian, you will assist and gain experience working closely with the Global Sales Enablement team by helping with some of the following projects:
Develop training content and deliverables based on strategic initiatives
Propose business process improvements to gain operational efficiency
Prepare weekly outbound global sales communications
Assume project management responsibilities for key sales training events including but not limited to
Plan meeting space with the selected hotel including audio visual needs, meal plans and manage rooming lists
Plan and execute team building activities
Work with key stakeholders on meeting requirements to develop agendas, project plans and training materials
Prepare meeting communications
Collaborate across teams including, but not limited to, sales, customer success, marketing and product management.
Junior or Senior undergraduate students who are majoring in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Human Resources, Learning and Development or Advertising
The candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with extensive knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
A conscientious, highly motivated self-starter, who is detailed-oriented and committed to make a difference in Higher Education
A strategic thinker and possesses effective time management skills that focus on long-term success.
Experience with collaboration technology such as video conferencing, and video streaming is preferred.
Exposure to the following technologies is a plus: Slack, SharePoint, Salesforce.com, Box.com and Zoom.
The student must be able to work full time from May 20 to August 9 in our office in Reston, VA at 2003 Edmund Halley Drive, Reston, VA 20191.
