The function of this role will be to evaluate and conduct analysis of market dynamics specific to North America.  Working in concert with peers in LAC, EMEA, and APAC, this individual will ensure that market requirements are effectively communicated to the product team for prioritization and development, identify opportunities to extend our modernization initiative in North America, and evaluate potential areas for market growth by geography, solution portfolio, and acquisition.

The core functions of the role will be:


- Capture and documentation of regulatory requirements for a given market

- Documentation of product gaps and prioritization of these gaps based on associated pipeline

- Identification of market whitespace and expansion opportunities

- Coordination with our Product Management and Development teams to create and publish a roadmap for internal and external distribution

- Data collection and analysis for new market entry

- Coordination with our marketing organization to develop appropriate positioning based on market feedback

- Participation in Ellucian's go-to-market strategy process in order to aggressively defend and grow our market share
