Yeshiva University is rapidly expanding its portfolio of academically rigorous and career-ready graduate programs. We are enrolling students from around the world—both on campus and online—and are committed to providing them with an exemplary experience. To that end, we are building a team of dynamic and collaborative enrollment management professionals. The Associate Director will be a core part of the team’s leadership.


The Associate Director will lead the day-to-day operations for university-wide graduate enrollment management unit including admissions operations, application processing, inquiry center, outbound recruiting, events, technologies, and reporting. The Associate Director has a strategic role in ensuring the university attracts a highly-qualified student body and meets its enrollment goals.




  1. Lead all operational aspects of the university’s graduate enrollment management unit to ensure a high experience to inquiries, applicants and on-going students.
  2. Oversee admissions advisors, support staff and student workers.
  3. Work closely with admissions team and program directors to develop a communications plan, messaging, scripts, and talking points for inbound inquiries and outbound follow ups, and ensure that communications are consistent, seamless, and timely.
  4. Ensure admissions standards are met and applications are processed in a timely manner.
  5. Assist in developing an annual recruiting and events schedules.
  6. Ensure data integrity and seamless integration of various enrollment management
  7. Develop, implement, communicate, and monitor policies, processes, and workflows.
  8. Develop success metrics and a QA process for enrollment management operations.
  9. Develop, oversee, and present reports progress towards enrollment goals.
  10. Manage relationships with university offices such as student finance, registrar, international students, institutional research, IT, among others.




  1. Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  2. At least three years progressive enrollment management and marketing experience.
  3. Proven experience with student databases and enrollment management technologies.
  4. Analytical, detail-oriented, and project management skills.
  5. Exceptional writing/editing and presenting skills.
