Purpose of the Role 

Ellucian is seeking an innovative hands-on Scrum Master to be an integral part of the team which will create the next generation exciting new cloud-based higher education solutions.  You must be able to nurture self-organising teams through servant leadership and mentoring. This role is part of the build out of a new team to work on new products where you will have the opportunity to build successful high performing teams.


Selection Criteria

  • Three years’ experience in a Scrum Master role
  • Deep understanding of software development processes including Agile/Scrum processes
  • Understand fundamentals of iterative development
  • Proven experience delivering large, complex software product solutions in an Agile manner.
  • Ability to create a positive, innovative and engaging working environment.
  • Understand backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile concepts e.g. Kanban, delivery metrics
  • Ability to create high performance teams and coach team members
  • Scrum certification
