We have an immediate opening for an Account Exectuive in our Dubai team. Services Sales Account Executive's are responsible for positioning and selling services to the existing customer base and net new prospects in their designated region (MENA). These services include consulting and training. Services Sales Reps work in conjunction with Account Executives and the Ellucian ecosystem.


  • Cultivate, build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Achieve an annual professional services sales quota based on corporate guidelines and targets.
  • Designing proposals, quotes and pricing for our clients
  • Create and maintain professional services opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Managing and accurately forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual pipelines as well as forecasts
  • Track and facilitate closure of all opportunities in assigned territory.
  • Demonstrate the ability to qualify, develop, and close professional services opportunities.
  • Plan, budget, forecast and execute a sales strategy as part of a larger team.
  • Effectively work with professional services and pre sales to ensure the services sold mee the prospect and client requirements.
  • Represent Ellucian at trade shows and conferences.
  • Requires up to 50% travel. 



  • Previous sales experience, or other relevant direct client contact or executive consulting role required.
  • Exceptional relationship building and consultative sales skills.
  • An established and successful working relationship with clients and the ability to plan and strategize
  • Ability to develop a thorough understanding of service offerings within the Ellucian portfolio.
  • Excellent sales presentation and business writing skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota and goals.
  • Experience with Higher Education or Public Sector clients is preferred
