We currently are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth & adoption of our product portfolio in the Southeast region (Virginia down to Florida). In this mission critical role, you will be responsible for driving Net-New opportunities while also expanding current Strategic Accounts in your region. You will regularly meet with Senior-Level Executives face-to-face to present Ellucian SaaS/Cloud based ERP product solutions as an alternative to legacy ERP systems. 


  • You will be a key player in Ellucian’s field sales team to drive net new business within Higher Education
  • You will have a wealth of knowledge of SaaS/Cloud based ERP product solutions to showcase the value of our portfolio suite to prospective clients
  • You will use your consultative selling skills to initiate long-standing relationships with Senior-Level executives from Colleges & Universities
  • You will employ effective selling strategies to successfully position Ellucian as a viable partner of choice to alternative to ERP solutions.



  • 5-10 years of experience developing Net-New opportunities for Software-as-a-Service products including CRM, ERP, PLM, etc.  
  • Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape and customer needs so you can effectively position Ellucian solutions within prospective accounts
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data
  • Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM solutions
  • 40% travel
  • Bachelor’s degree required
