You will be responsible for:

  • Salesforce Change Champions meetings and communications
  • Analyze incoming projects and production support requests from business and work with CRM Director to adjust Salesforce roadmap as necessary
  • Act as an implementation consultant and develop and enhance relationships with key business stakeholders, actively managing their expectations and monitoring their satisfaction levels
  • Provide and communication risk management and trade-off decisions to functional users
  • Create the feedback loops and assess the outcomes to ensure the delivery of value to Ellucian, not just individual business partners
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile inconsistency and break down high-level information into details
  • Work with functional leads to transform and develop new requirements into Salesforce.com design and implementation
  • Develop, maintain and perform processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity in platform applications with Salesforce Administrator and functional managers to create training materials and documentation for Salesforce.com users and help train new end users on Salesforce.com and related applications
  • Deliver informative, well-organized presentations
  • Interface with vendors and design optimal solutions for integration with Salesforce.com
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the needed artifacts (i.e., functional requirements, business requirements document, use cases)

Required Education, Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Technology Management
  • 5-years of SFDC Administration
  • Track record of Salesforce implementation projects is critical
  • Proven Salesforce.com configuration and integrations
  • Salesforce Lightning, Artificial Intelligence, automation and database systems
  • Consulting and business solutions   
  • Knowledge of all phases of software development including requirements analysis, design and testing
  • Interpretation of internal customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
  • Ability to lead and negotiate business solutions that balance technical capability, cost, and time, against business need
  • Engaging in multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate difficult sensitive information tactfully
