Job Responsibilities & Requirements

 

  • Assist Sr. Business Analyst to review intake project requests to ensure alignment with our domain strategies
  • Ongoing application rationalization and simplification of user experience 
  • Requirements gathering, user stories and business process map lead
  • Salesforce Application expert
  • Develop and enhance relationships with key business stakeholders, actively managing their expectations
  • Identify technology impact and dependencies for cross-functional initiatives   
  • Partner with our champions and delivery teams to support key initiatives
  • Work with the solution architect to define and maintain domain strategies and ensure alignment over time
  • Ensure requirements are in alignment with business strategies and business architecture roadmap/framework
  • Assist Sr. Business Analyst to create business architecture models demonstrating how applications, process maps, operations and systems interoperate within the organization
  • Conduct analysis to determine best path for solving business problems/opportunities that may include process improvement, systems enhancement, user training, and/or software procurement.
  • Ensure solutions developed across organization are aligned to enterprise architecture standards and principles, leverage common solutions and services, and meet financial targets (cost and benefits).

 

Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience

 

  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning
  • Previous CRM experience
  • Previous business analyst role 
  • Project management and task organization skills
  • Excellence in providing end user support
  • Experience of Salesforce data structures and data modeling
  • Experience with Salesforce.com security model 
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Integration Patterns
  • Experience supporting large-scale Salesforce environments (sandbox and production)
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Should be able to provide solutions to problems
  • Should be able to handle the project end-to-end
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
